Privacy policy
Applies to t365.io.vn, operated by T365 Investment, and the T365 GPT on ChatGPT. Updated October 2026.
1. Data we collect
When you register: your name, email, phone number (optional) and password (stored only as a one-way hash). When you use the bot builder or request Pro: your bot settings, strategy description, MT5 / VT Markets account number, error messages you paste, payment notes and usage times.
2. How we use it
To manage your account and Pro plan, build bot requests from your settings, apply usage limits, renew bots, verify accounts opened through our IB link, support you, and detect unauthorised sharing of generated bots.
3. T365 GPT
When you send a session code to T365 GPT, ChatGPT calls our server with that code to fetch the matching bot request. We do not receive your conversation with ChatGPT. OpenAI processes the conversation under its own privacy policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
5. Your rights
You can ask to view, correct or delete your account and data by emailing ntayd1103@gmail.com.
